Enable Intercept Mode in Burp

In Burp, go to "Proxy" > "Intercept" tab, and ensure that interception mode is turned on.

If the intercept control button says "Intercept is off", then intercept mode is not enabled in Burp. Click on the "Intercept is off" button to toggle the interception status.
